Project Overview
A commercial floor area of 1220m2 located in Tingalpa QLD needed to be covered.
A CCS order was placed through a new distributor, Smooth Flooring Logistics, on behalf of Thorn Group QLD Pty Ltd.
Challenge and Solution
Thorn Group have been using a competitor’s product for 15 years and they were reluctant to make a switch. However, CCS Duratrac HB Epoxy, combined with N35 Light Grey Epoxy Tint, provided the ideal solution for their needs.
Thorn Group required the order within a tight timeframe and the team at CCS utilised multiple warehouses to ensure the product was delivered on time.
From using a competitor product for the last 15 years, we were reluctant to convert to CCS Duratrac. However the performance, cost, support, finish and ease of application surpassed our expectations. We are strongly looking forward to exploring what other solutions CCS has to offer for all of our future projects.
